| Q. | How do I get on the dispatch list? | |
| A. | Many of Local 70's labor agreements require employers to hire first through our Local before going outside. To that end Local 70 operates a Hiring Hall. Many employers who desire extra workers, or workers on a day-to-day basis, must call the Hiring Hall for such help. | |

thru Friday After NOON, calls should be directed to (510-569-9317), and tags may be picked up at the Cashier’s desk in the Local 70 Administrative Office. |

| Jobs available from the Hiring Hall are varied and at times diverse. Truck drivers (both heavy duty and bobtail), platform work at trucking companies, some production and manufacturing work and warehousing. | ||
